- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They don't even deserve 1 star. I had an appointment at 5pm. I told them over the phone that I needed a teeth cleaning and that one tooth had been hurting and that I wanted to get it fixed at this appointment if it needed work. I arrived at 4:50pm waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and then asked when it would be my turn. The assistant said they would have me come in the back soon. About 5 min later they put me in the chair in the back. The assistant tried to sell me their insurance even so I told her I would pay in cash (as I had done before). She wasn't able to answer any of my questions in regard to pricing. Then she proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do a teeth cleaning and do work on my tooth in the same visit. I had made abundantly clear that's what I needed over the phone as I was coming from the MO side of the river.July 16, 2017by Carina Winkler
