- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Receptionist is terrible. I'd like to rate the office better as the nurses and Midkiff are great, but it's a total fail at the front office. I keep getting random bills in the mail/they always bill me wrong. Make sure you check your insurance/claims. This is the only office I have never gotten a refund mailed to me. You have to tell THEM they screwed up in billing to get your refund. Though if they under bill you, you will certainly get that invoice quick. Also, to note, one receptionist fixed and credited the amount I was owed to my next appointment. The second receptionist I saw was extremely rude and told me she couldn't do that. Breakdown in communication, failed training, I dont know what the problem is. I will be finding a new office.March 16, 2017by Jan M
